Beauty seems to run in the Rai family. As if having one beauty pageant winner Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is not enough, her sister-in-law, Shrima

Rai too has added glory to the family. Shrima, first runners up in Mrs India 2009, was among the top ten finalists at Mrs Globe 2009 contest.

She also won the ‘Most Beautiful Face’ title among 40 contestants from all over the world. Shrima is a banker by profession.

The beauty pageant was held on December 13 in Bratislava, Slovakia in Europe. An elated Shrima told Mumbai Mirror, “I am extremely happy and excited at the moment. It was a worthwhile experience. I was accompanied by my husband Aditya Rai. He was on cloud nine when I won this title. It was a different experience meeting married women on the same stage from all over the world.”

Her parents and in-laws couldn’t accompany her since they were busy with their work commitments. “Each one of them called and congratulated me, including Aishwarya,” adds Shrima.
Like other beauty pageant winners, Shrima is open to acting offers. She says, “I wouldn’t mind acting if something constructive and fruitful comes my wa
